Some things are out of our control. Like, for example, how much or the quality of sleep we get on a given night. However, as long as we spend each day using the time we have, on what matters most to us.
We can be said to be doing our best. Knowing that you are doing your best, everything in your power, to reach your goals everyday, is a humbling feeling. It is the type of knowledge that brings you peace.
The noise around you and the criticism of others, lose their relevance. When you are fully aware of the way that you are spending your time to reach your goals.
In this sense, you’re daily schedule is your friend, your ally. Evidence of your comittment to you and your future self. With it, you have hope, confidence, strength and much, much, more.
